Living eco-friendly has become one of my top priorities. I came to the conclusion that simplicity is best and that less is more.
In this book, I tackle the two infamous stereotypes – the first being that plant-based cooking is too expensive and the second being that plant-based cooking takes too much time. All the recipes in the book are done with simple basic ingredients you can find in any grocery store and the majority take between 15 to 45 minutes from start to finish.
