Bites of Health is a book with quick and easy vegan recipes inspired by my Bulgarian roots.

 

Living eco-friendly has become one of my top priorities. I came to the conclusion that simplicity is best and that less is more.

In this book, I tackle the two infamous stereotypes – the first being that plant-based cooking is too expensive and the second being that plant-based cooking takes too much time. All the recipes in the book are done with simple basic ingredients you can find in any grocery store and the majority take between 15 to 45 minutes from start to finish.

    The author of the book Ralitsa Simeonova is amazingly inspiring with her recipes! She presents a wide pallette of tastes that are really surprising for a vegan kitchen. 

    I had the pleasure to prepare most of them for my family during the lockdowns recently in Vienna and they were really fascinating. As a mother and as an avid collector of cook books I do recommend the first book of Ralitsa to everybody that shares the Oscar Wild’s saying: “I have a very simple tase. I always choose the best!”. Her books stands in my collection next to Jamie Oliver, Rick Stein and many legends in the art of cooking.
